2.Service Voucher will be issued thru email to confirm availability of the package which indicates the inclusions, payment and bank details.
3.PHP 500.00/PAX deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
4.Failure to pay by the dateline set on our official confirmation will result in auto release of all confirmed services.
5.Once deposit has been made kindly email a copy of the deposit slip thru reservations@redpopsicletravel.com.
6.Final Voucher will be issued after full payment has been made.

1.To avail the package, pax must be willing to join other groups in 1 Van
(Van Unit to be used depends on the guaranteed pax per group -Toyota Grandia/ Nissan Escapade- 10-12pax; Isuzu i-Van- 13-15pax)
Rates depend on the CONFIRMED Number of pax joining the tour.
12 PAX – Php 2,349.00
11 PAX  – Php 2,515.00
10 PAX  –  Php 2,645.00
If in case we were not able to complete the guaranteed paying pax within 7 days before the travel date we will email or txt a notification for re-schedule of the tour.
Down Payment/Reservation Fee of PHP 500/pax is non –refundable but re- bookable and is subject to room and transportation availability.
Change of travel dates must be reported 15 DAYS before the travel date if not PHP500 reservation fee is considered as cancellation fee.
50% of the total package rate must be settled 3 days before the travel date, fullpayment must be settled upon arrival in Ilocos
Full Payment of the total package rate must be settled 5 days before the travel date.
Confirmed booking are non-refundable but transferrable.
5 Days before Travel Date kindly reconfirm to us your BOOKING. No Confirmation shall lead to non-allotment of seats on the said scheduled travel date.
3 y/o and below are considered FREE OF CHARGE. Only 1 Child is allowed per group.
For shorten of stay, change of accommodation and change of number of pax are subject to the charges of the tour operator.
The company is not responsible for any accidents that may occur from the beginning to the end of the travel dates.
In case of unavoidable/unexpected circumstances (transportation broke down/brownout in the accommodations) the company is not liable to refund the tour.

2.Room Distribution and Sharing
Minimum room sharing is double and maximum of 8 pax in a room.
In case the group is composed of 12pax we will consider it as an exclusive/private tour and we may schedule it depending on your own travel date and 1 pick up and drop off point as long as it is within Q.C, Makati, Manila, Pasig.

3.Meeting place at KFC Shopwise Araneta Center Cubao / McDonalds Quezon Ave along EDSA corner Panay Ave and Quezon Ave at 08:30PM-09:00PM.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE IS APPLIED FOR PICK UP and DROP OFF BEYOND THE SAID PLACE but earlier than the departure time.
Time of departure is 09:00pm every Thursday of the scheduled travel date.
Seating arrangement is on first come; first served basis. If pax wishes to reserve a seat, additional charge will be applied.
Coach Captain of Van will be in charge in meeting the guest in Manila
Take NOTE: Pax should travel lite (1 bag allowed per pax- NO TROLLEY OR LARGE LUGGAGE)

4.CANCELLED SCHEDULES
The company has the right to cancel the said travel date of the tour if group is not complete (unless confirmed pax are willing to pay the slot/s to complete the guaranteed paying pax.)
In case of Acts of God (natural calamities- typhoon, storm, earthquake, etc) we will re-schedule the tour and is subject to room and transportation availability.

5.BUDGET ACCOMMODATION POLICIES
Regular check in time is 02:00pm, check out is 12:noon.
GUESTS ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THEY CAUSE TO HOTEL’S PROPERTIES INCLUDING ROOM INVENTORIES.
NO GENERATOR. IN CASE OF BROWNOUT, THE HOTEL OR TOUR OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE TO REFUND AND TO TRANSFER THE GUESTS TO OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS.
BREAKFAST IS AT 07:00 AM – 09:00 AM ONLY
ROOM INVENTORY (PILLOWS, BLANKETS, TOWELS, ETC) ARE INTENDED FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR STAY AND YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED NOT TO TAKE THEM OUT.
